If you want to return or exchange your order for any reason, we’re here to help! We accept returns within 30 days from the date of shipping out.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

· Discounted items (including sale, clearance, or promotional items) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
· Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags attached, including all original packaging and accessories.
· We will cover return shipping fees only for items with verified quality issues. Customers must provide evidence (e.g., photos) of the defect, and our team will confirm eligibility.

2.Send all items back to us with the address provided.

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item. Store credit is issued instantly.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
